    "content": "I am a specialist in Human Resource. It is very sad that when most of the youths come for interviews, as most of our Members have said, they do not know how to dress and to reply to questions like: “Tell us about yourself. What are your weaknesses?” They give you all sorts of stories. So, I am happy that this Authority will train our youth so that when they come for interviews, they will be prepared so that they will get jobs. Our youths have very good papers and they are very innovative. However, they perform very poorly in interviews. So, I am happy that this Authority will support our youths to be well equipped and prepared for the interviews."
