    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First of all, I would like to support this Bill by Hon. Sakaja, which is very timely. It will go a long way in helping the youth, especially in terms of empowerment. It will also deal with the issue of youth radicalisation. It will have a channel through which the youth can get employment. In the United Kingdom, we have job centres. When I was studying there, I went to a job centre to register when I was out of school. It works very well, and that is the kind of thing which should be done in Kenya. We should not just establish an Authority; we should have job centres in every constituency or town where employers register should indicate the kind of workers they want.
