Just recently, we saw the Government spend billions of shillings on six individuals who went to The Hague when we have several Kenyans just near here, to whom it cannot provide legal counsel. It cannot even provide a poor lawyer from Kenya, leave a lone a Queen’s Counsel, who are white. Can we know whether they are discriminating against their own nationals given that they all appear to be of one religion?"
