    "content": "At the same time, we must also appreciate that each country has got its own laws and we cannot dictate to them. If they have a different Constitution then we too have. As a matter of fact, we know that the new Constitution that we have is more elaborate especially on the important chapter on human rights. We implore upon the authorities in Uganda to ensure that the Kenyans who were left - first and foremost, they are innocent - are not mistreated. Secondly, we have asked the Ugandan authorities to ensure that there is speedy trial of those people and it must be fair."
