"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, Mr. Yakub has referred to the judgement by Justice Warsama and I would like to say that the ones who were arrested in this country were not 16 but five. Eleven are the ones who were arrested in Uganda. It is true that there was a judgement on the case of the five men. At the same time, this being a legal matter and myself not being a legal person and knowing very well that the Attorney- General has gone to court, I would like to leave the matter at that stage. In actual fact, this was not part of the Question. That is the legality of this matter; how they went in. However, if you want me to narrate the case of each and everyone and what led to the action, I will be quite happy to do that. I will deal with case by case as submitted to the Government."
