    "content": "Most obliged. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 be amended by deleting Subsection (2). Subsection (2)(1) of the Bill provides for the amendment of Section 45 of the Central Bank Act by doing the following:- By re-numbering the existing provisions as Subsection 1; By inserting the following new subsection immediately after Subsection 1; “Subject to Subsection 1(c), the Bank shall put in place mechanisms to enable the public to participate in Government securities through electronic means and lower minimum investment in nominations.”"
