    "content": "I would even like to advise my colleagues on the Jubilee coalition side. Number one, we have a Constitution with third generation rights that are due to each and every person in this country. If you look at Article 38(3) of the Constitution it says that every adult citizen has the right, without unreasonable restrictions to be a registered voter, to vote by secret ballot in any election, to be a candidate for public office, or office within a political party of which the citizen is a member and, if elected to hold office."
