I have consulted the Leader of the Majority Party on this issue. We received the Memorandum in the morning in the Committee and actually the Report is being worked out. There are serious issues that we may want the House to note from our Report on this Bill. I am seeking your indulgence that we postpone it until Tuesday next week. I had consulted the Leader of the Majority Party unless he wants to change the position now."
