"content": "Secretary-General of FORD (K), I thought we were friends! The Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade has said that he had some issues with the Public Audit Bill. However, those issues can only be resolved if between now and Tuesday, he is able to marshal the two-thirds majority to refuse the Memorandum of the President in accordance with Article 115 of the Constitution, 2010. So, I agree that we defer consideration of the Public Audit Bill so that my good friend Hon. Gumbo, the Chairman of The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
