    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to seek a clarification on part “c” of the Question which asks: “What steps is the Government taking to ensure that Kenyans are repatriated and tried in Kenyan courts?” What is the policy of the Government of Kenya in respect of all its citizens being tried in Kenya? There are some Kenyans who have been taken to The Hague and a part of the Government is seeking that those Kenyans be brought to Kenya for trial. Here, we are also seeking that other Kenyans who are in Uganda be brought to Kenya for trial. Could we have a clarification that the Government will act consistently in respect of all Kenyans?"
