On normal crimes, I am sure, the Chair as a lawyer will bear me witness. I do not know of any precedent where we can ask the courts to try these suspects here in Kenya. However, if the relatives and lawyers of these suspects wish that they be tried here, we will be quite happy to support them as we have always done with others."
