So, if the Governor of the CBK says that this country has a mismatch on our national debt vis-à-vis what we are doing, and then he comes up with policies, we should support him. There is one issue which I do not understand. When the currency is depreciating it is depreciating. However, we are supposed to get inflows from the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) that we are building. If we are to get inflows, the inflows are supposed to strengthen the shilling. I am not sure whether the inflows which were promised to come ever came. If they came, our Current Account with the Central Bank should have some surplus so that we are able to cushion the shilling against depreciation. With those few remarks, I support."
