Kimaru, you know you are not just going to pick--- Why do we have to follow these procedures? I am aware of the one you are referring to but they were being reprimanded for commenting on matters which were before a Committee of the House. So, that example of precedent is not available to you. Certainly, it is not available to you. So, I need to know whether you demonstrate that the gross disorder was in the House or in the Committee."
