    "content": "After the Committee had been seized of the matter, some individuals decided to go to court, and I indicated that we recommended that a forensic audit then be done to authenticate the records that are contained in the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development and in the National Land Commission (NLC), to know whether the entries are right or wrong and the records are in the right trail. So, we recommended that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), who had earlier appeared in our Committee do that forensic investigation and auditing of these documents. I want to call on our sub-committee Chair, Hon. John Kihagi, who went through the trail of these records to second this Motion."
