There is a current misunderstanding between the NLC and the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. Right now, we are told that the officers who are supposed to be seconded from the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development to the NLC have been given warning letters that they dare not move to the NLC. They are lying idle because they have no constitutional mandate to implement in the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. They should be led to freely move to the NLC so that they can go and start implementing some of these serious land reform aspects that this country has always wanted to work on. If these officers of the NLC are not facilitated well enough, we will have a problem."
