    "content": "Then you find it very interesting that Mr. Mugo seems to have entered into an agreement to buy this land from Mr. Bradley in 1974. He entered into an agreement with Mr. Arnold Bradley to buy the land in 1974, but then he acquired it from Barclays Bank in 1978. That again looks very inconsistent. If he had an agreement with Mr. Arnold, why is it that now he is acquiring it from Barclays, yet Barclays were not summoned? They are a major player here. They were not summoned to give an overview to the Committee on this."
