    "content": "One of the things that I would recommend going forward is that we should have institutional reforms at the Lands Office in terms of the process, so that we can be sure that the actual process that is employed in the Lands Office is efficient. There is also need to build capacity in terms of records keeping to ensure that we do not get ourselves into such a situation where we are not able, as a country and as a Committee, to tell who the actual owner of a certain parcel of land is in Kenya. We need to go further and sort out the recording and the storage of the said records, so that we can have records that can be kept for some time."
