I would like to commend the Committee for the good work it has undertaken, especially on the single recommendation that there should be extensive and detailed forensic audit on this issue. We have been given the history of this land all the way from 1926 to about 2014. However, there are some issues which I find very interesting. This is because as some of the members of the Committee have actually confirmed, they could not come up with a proper and concrete conclusion on the way forward, or where this issue stands.
