Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 4(2) of the Bill be amended by deleting the existing sub- clause and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause:- (2) The Office shall comprise the Auditor-General as its statutory head and all other staff appointed by the Auditor-General as may be delegated in accordance with Article 234 (5) of the Constitution."
