"content": " Now, the treatment to any constitutional problem is under the Constitution itself and the courts. This has to be very clear Hon. Ganya. I am very clear in my mind. If I were to give you a comparative study on this particular one, the South African Constitution provides guidance in dealing with constitutionality, or otherwise, in Parliament. In our case, it is the Constitution that we are following. If there will be any issue, we will have two choices: On one hand, we can amend or even reject, and on the other hand we can let any aggrieved party go to a constitutional court for interpretation.
