"content": " Let us not argue about this. This is a ruling that was made by the Speaker and I am only reiterating it from a point of knowledge. I am not about to start discussing the constitutionality or otherwise of the amendments that are brought here. I am not in that position. We will simply go by our Constitution. As I have said, if there is anybody who will be aggrieved, we will have two choices. As Parliament the Constitution, or allow the courts to interpret it. Let us leave it at that Hon. Ganya. I see your point and there are also other options, including the amendment of the Constitution itself, if there are issues that we really need to capture.
