It is this kind of attitude which makes doing business sometimes very difficult because at no time has the Office of the Vice-President and Ministry of Home Affairs owned up to wastage of public funds. On the contrary, the great respect that we now have in this country to the extent where the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) for the first time is able to listen to Kenya and even failed to take a vote is a very important matter. Therefore, it is important for the hon. Member for Gwassi to show just a little respect for once."
