    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I said that when you are looking at the law, you interpret it according to your understanding. You can never misguide either the House or a court when it comes to interpretation of the law. According to my interpretation, that is the right position. If the Hon. Member were a student of law, I would tell him that he should have spoken only about misleading the House. I still believe that you will agree with me that I did not mislead the House. Our President cannot mislead this House."
