    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 16 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by inserting the expression “and 234(5)” immediately after expression “230”. This again is very clear and I can explain it. It is not the President alone, but even the Auditor-General is supposed to be checked by this House. In this scenario, the President is saying that we want the Auditor-General to be checked by the Constitution as provided under Article 234(5). He should consult other independent colleagues like the Public Service Commission (PSC). It is a small issue of checking the Auditor-General."
