    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I support this amendment. I want to remind hon. Members that the roles of the Auditor-General are very clear which are to audit the accounts of the national and county governments. So, where does the policy come in? Basically, Members should give us examples of what they are talking about and what are they opposing? The Constitution is very clear. You must tell us why you are opposing this. This is because we are not dealing with a policy. The Auditor-General only deals with the accounts of expenditure of the national Government or the county governments. I support this amendment."
