    "content": "We also realised that the management of some organisations believed that they were operating in their own jungle environment. Any organization that is a creation of the Laws of Kenya – be it through a Statute or a subsidiary legislation or regulation – is expected to comply with the law. It was not until some of the organizations were audited by the Auditor-General that they realize that they had been doing the wrong things. They did not know the right things to be done. Some of them did not even expect the Auditor-General to raise the queries that they, as management, were expected to respond to."
