    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I speak as a Member of the PIC. This is a 342-page document. This document was done after 136 sittings and for a historic 72 Government institutions whose audit reports we examined. I want to thank, first of all, my 26 colleagues and the clerical staff for doing an excellent job under our able leadership of our Chair who has moved this Motion. I urge our colleagues in the National Assembly to pass this Report. I know Members have been saying that the in-depth and the content of this Report be given out immediately but I advise all of us, 349 Members including the Speaker, to read each and every page of this document and digest it."
