(Dr.) Zani’s name is one of those names that the Motion is seeking to approve. I am seeking your guidance on this particular issue; is it in order for her, being an interested party, to second the Motion? Would it not have been neater and nicer for somebody else to second the Motion other than a Member who is being proposed to be on the committee?"
