    "content": "Kenyans. There is no doubt about one thing; we might agree with every pollster in the country that they are unanimous that devolution is the greatest idea that every Kenyan speaks of. If there is one thing that no pollster has contradicted – who is on the upper hand, first or second – then it is that devolution has the massive support of Kenyans. For that reason, I join hands with my colleagues to support this Motion. I also express my full confidence in the membership that has been stated therein. I support."
