"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. I admit that we visited the place and we saw these Kenyans. Indeed, they are really suffering. Their children do not go to school and they are not given any food. This is regardless of whether they actually own the land or not. I think it is the responsibility of the Government to take care of these Kenyans. What is the Ministry doing for these Kenyans? Before this matter is settled by the court, what is the Ministry doing to ensure that these Kenyans do not suffer any more?"
