    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. The reason why I support this amendment - and I would like to draw the attention of hon. Members to this – is that we have seen auditors coming to Constituencies Development Fund (CDF) offices and telling us that we should not do boda boda training. Then you wonder: Boda boda training is a decision that is made by the CDF Committee as a policy issue. The issue of an auditor coming to tell you not to do this and that policy is very wrong. They should be restricted to the issues of numbers. So, hon. Members, as you debate this issue remember how I see auditors extending their powers when they come to us and, in particular on the issue of boda boda training. Thank you."
