    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Question by Mr. Waibara was basically why nobody has been charged under the Proceeds of Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Act, Act No.9 of 2009. The answer to this Question by the Assistant Minister is that nobody can be charged with this offence because the Minister for Finance has not gazetted the commencement date. If this Act resulted from a Government Bill, why has the Minister not gazetted the commencement date up to now?"
