    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to take this opportunity to second this Bill. I totally agree with the presentation done by our able Chairman. We have done a very good job as the Budget and Appropriations Committee.We also want to express our sincere gratitude to the various departmental committees for the work that we have been doing together. Let us continue to engage because we do not want to have an issue like the other day when Members were calling us a rogue committee, which we are not. We have been doing a very good job, particularly given the timeline that we have in our Constitution of Kenya, 2010. So, I do not want to say much. I want to give time to my colleagues to contribute. I want to second this Motion. Thank you."
