    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to contribute to this important Bill. This House approved the Estimates about two weeks ago and this Bill is derived from the same. So, it should be very easy just to go through it because it is a replica of the Estimates. I just want to say one or two things and then I can allow other Members to contribute. Looking at this Bill, we realise that the Government is expected to spend more than Kshs1billion in the coming financial year. Public expenditure in any economy is very important because the public sector is the main spender in terms of providing services and goods to Kenyans.That being the case, it is very important that the money which we have allocated or appropriated as a House is spent in the right manner.
