    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I wish to say a few things about the Appropriation Bill. Before I say them, I want to mention a few things. There is need in this country to educate our people so that they can understand what this House does, what the Senate does and the various Bills which we pass in this House so that, for avoidance of doubt, when people criticise or support, they should do so based on actual facts. I have realised that even Members of the National Assembly and the Senators have not understood that all of us are Members of Parliament. The only difference is that we sit in the National Assembly and they sit in the Senate. So, when Senators talk about these Members of Parliament being rogue, they should be very sure that they have also regarded themselves as rogue.
