    "content": "When it comes to Division of Revenue and County Allocation of Revenue Bills, I have realised that people confuse and argue over them. They even say that this House has no role to play in the division of revenue. In future, there is need for this House to spend some time to educate the public through the media. The media also needs to be educated because they keep on referring to us as Members of Parliament and the Senators as Senators, while all of us are Members of Parliament."
