    "content": "The youth of this country have been left out for a very long time. We have many Kenyans stranded out there. Some of them have many degrees and other qualifications and yet, they are not in any employment. This morning, we passed Hon. Sakaja’s Bill on youth employment. We want to strengthen the institutions catering for youth welfare and employment by allocating more money to them, so that we can have many young Kenyans engaged in meaningful development activities. We do not want to see our youth engaging in criminal activities, as we have seen many of them joining Al Shabaab and other criminal gangs."
