    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, the monies that have been allocated to security agencies are good sums. Insecurity does not emanate from nowhere. Insecurity emanates from those areas experiencing it. The perpetrators are youths who do not go to school within communities which do not have access to roads and basic education. As we put a lot of money into security, we ask the Government to open up those areas with roads, implement water projects and build schools.
