    "content": "I also noted that Kshs6 billion is going to be spent on resettlement of people. I believe in Kenya we have enough funds and enough space for all. That is also a programme worth being applauded and upgraded. In view of the fact that most Members want to contribute and in view that Benjamin’s proposal has not met friendly Members, I would like to support this but also ask Members support it because we are spending more than 30 per cent on the Development Budget."
