If the Office of the DPP is not functional, we are going to have issues as far as the fight against corruption is concerned. We know very well that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, as we speak right now, is not fully constituted. Commissioners are not there and the people who are in charge right now in recruitment must move with speed so that this body can be fully functional."
