But most importantly, we need to think about the actions the handlers of the funds will take to protect the funds that Kenyans have entrusted into their hands. Prudence is very critical. Good stewardship and accountability has always been the problem. I support the allocation of funds to the Departments of Justice, the Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission (EACC) and the Public Prosecution Department.
