    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. Because of the short time, I want to say that, indeed, the expenditure by the Government will go a long way in helping meet part of the objectives that the Executive has in implementing the Jubilee agenda. But more importantly is the area of security which has been a major challenge in this country. I must thank the Budget and Appropriations Committee for taking time together with the National Treasury to allocate adequate funds that will ensure that this country is secure and, therefore, safeguard the interests of all the people of this country. I must also take this opportunity to commend the British Government and other western countries which have taken steps to ensure that the travel advisories they had issued against this country are lifted.
