    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, this is a Statement that I sought. Just as much as I am dedicated to come here and give Statements that are sought from my Committee, I expect the same from my colleagues. This Statement has been on the Floor of this House for the last two-and-a-half months. It has to do with security. I have never seen an insensitive Government like this one. I know the Chairman keeps on telling us that he has not received the Statement from the Cabinet Secretary and this is a matter concerning security of my people. The issue of Kisumu-Vihiga border is sensitive. When I requested the Statement, I expected an answer in a week. What kind of Government is this we are dealing with? The first and foremost responsibility of any Government is to guarantee people their security. In this case, security is threatened and what has the Chairman got to say in this case?"
