    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the pyramid schemes were criminal activities. The Government does not have provisions for losses incurred in fraudulent investments. The Government has established a task force and one of its objectives is to educate people so that they can desist from investing in fraudulent schemes like the pyramid schemes. We do not have any provisions to pay any affected Kenyan. It is sad but we do not have any provision to support them."
