    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Let me first thank my colleague, Dr. Chris Wamalwa. I am rising to raise the same issue. The issue of ad hoc committees in the Tenth and Eleventh Parliaments was for purposes of issues that cut across; this particular one has a substantive committee on security in this House. There is no need, in my opinion, to come up with another committee, because it will undermine the other departmental committee’s investigations, unless we are saying that, that particular committee has failed to perform its duties. If there is such evidence, let it be produced in this House before we allow Hon. Kanini’s Motion."
