    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Mine is also to support my Chairman, Hon. Gumbo, in pleading with my sister, Hon. Shebesh, not to withdraw her particular Motion. What we are seeing back there at home are the many challenges that we have in the Ministry of Health. People are really suffering. I want to plead with Hon. Shebesh not to withdraw it, so that we can discuss it with a view to improving Level 4 and Level 5 hospitals."
