    "content": "Hon. Members, we need to dispose of this matter because the Member has already withdrawn it. Standing Order No. 51 clearly states:- “A notice of Motion may be withdrawn by the Member who gave the notice, but notice of the same Motion may be given again either by the same or by any other Member” Therefore, Hon. Shebesh, you cannot give the notice now because you have already withdrawn it. So, you can use that Standing Order to make a decision based on what you have seen concerning the interest of the Members in the House. Would you want to make a comment? I believe I have guided you sufficiently."
