    "content": "This is a very important Bill. Indeed, it could not have come at a better time. The youth in this country are a suffering a lot because they have been forsaken for too long by Government. It is good now that the Bill is proposing to put in place a framework that will address the issue of youth employment. This suffering will be a thing for the past. It is an obvious fact that the youth form a very significant proportion of the country’s population. It is true that the youth are a majority in this country. Any policy that discriminates against a segment of population as significant as the youth can only take us back in terms of development."
