    "content": "We are faced with the serious crisis of radicalization of our young people. This is caused by the high level of unemployment. Statistics show that the unemployment rate in this country stands at 40 per cent. Unemployment is one of the major causes of insecurity in this country. The people involved in acts of insecurity are our young people. They are recruited into crime through radicalization processes because of lack of employment. Therefore, this Bill will take us in the right direction in terms of engaging our young people in gainful activities."
