    "content": "A lot of money is being channelled through the National Treasury, targeting our young people. We have Uwezo Fund and the Youth Enterprise Development Fund, but the truth of the matter is that the people who are benefiting from these Funds are very few. Again, it is because of lack of information and capacity amongst our youth that they do not take advantage of the opportunities provided to them by the Government. The proposed authority will ensure proper dissemination of information, so that our youth can take advantage of the opportunities created for them."
